Theodore Leaf

Theodore Leaf’s passion for special occasions began when he was 7 years old, helping women select their wedding dresses at his family-owned bridal salon in Hartville, Ohio. Working alongside his grandmother, mother, and two aunts, he became addicted to the art of transformation. Turning everyday girls into the bride of their childhood dreams had Theodore hooked on the journey from “before” to “after,” which became the common theme for all of his future endeavors. After completing his studies at Paul Mitchell Academy, Theodore made a big splash in the world of entertainment as the youngest contestant on Bravo’s “Shear Genius.” The show opened new doors for Theodore, landing him celebrity clients, spokesperson roles, and a top stylist position at Sally Hershberger. Since then, Theodore’s title has shifted from simply “hairstylist” to man of many trades. Now living in New York, Theodore is focused on his other passions around home and entertaining. Most recently, he took on the role of cohost and entertaining expert on LogoTV’s “Secret Guide to Fabulous,” executive produced by Kelly Ripa and Mark Consuelos. Theodore works on both sides of the camera, producing his own YouTube channel that features numerous DIY tutorials, reaching almost 7 million views. He has been featured on television shows including NBC’s "Fashion Star," E!’s "Fashion Police" and Style Network’s "How Do I Look." Continuing in the entrepreneurial spirit of the family, Theodore and his aunt are bringing their Lyons Market Jams company to a wider audience as they expand to national distribution. Whether it's finding the perfect bridal gown in small-town Ohio or hosting friends for a lovely dinner party, every moment has potential to be fabulous -- or as Theodore likes to say, “Every day is a special occasion.”
