There are so many people to thank after your wedding day is over. It's hard to remember everyone you want to express gratitude for sometimes, especially when so many different family members, friends, and wedding vendors helped bring your vision to life, but don't fret: We're here to help. Here's a complete list of all the people you need to send either a thank-you gift or note (or both!) after the wedding.

Your Bridesmaids and Groomsmen

You don't have to break the bank on gifts for your attendants, but it's important to honor the logistical and financial commitment they've made in order to be part of your big day by thanking them with a gift. Plan to spend roughly the same amount on both groups. It's thoughtful to give something that they might be able to use on the wedding day and beyond, like a pair of earrings for the women and a nice tie clip for the guys. Ultimately, though, you know your group, so give present you know they'll appreciate.

Parents of the Bride and Groom

Whether they help pay for the wedding or not, they've supported you throughout this process and in the years leading up to it. Thank them for their unconditional support with a gift that speaks to the occasion.

Flower Girls and Ring Bearers

Kids love even just small gifts, so don't let the process of choosing presents for your littlest attendants be stressful. Something that marks their role, like a wedding-themed stuffed animal or book, is a nice touch.

Officiant

Without your officiant, the marriage just wouldn't be legal. Whether yours is a professional, a member of the clergy, or a close friend, don't forget to thank the person who's making the whole thing happen.

Your Key Vendors

One of the best ways to thank your vendors for a job well done is with a tip at the end of the night. For anyone who owns their own business (which you generally wouldn't tip) or who you felt went above and beyond, a thank-you note and gift is a thoughtful touch. Even a five-star review on their website or a gratitude-laden shoutout on social media could mean more to them than you'd realize.
