It goes without saying that wedding planning can be stressful. But for Hoda Kotb? The process has been heart-warming so far—especially since deciding that her daughters will have a main role in the event. According to Today, the co-anchor told E! News that her daughters, Haley and Hope, will walk down the aisle when she ties the knot. "Haley's been asking me, 'What is it? What's going on?'" Hoda said. "She's like, 'Am I coming to the party?' And I say, 'Yes, you're coming.' They're going to walk. Joel and I will be there, and the rest of it is just icing."

While Hoda knows that she will include her children in her wedding-day plans, she and her fiancé Joel Schiffman are still nailing down the rest of the details, like the where and when. In a previous interview with People, she said, "I sort of think we probably want to do it sooner than later, because what are we waiting for? And I kind of think we might do a destination wedding."

The journalist went on to share that their nuptials might be held in a particularly meaningful place: "We may go back to the place we were engaged. We haven't thought about it too much, but we might do something like that. The place is special to us."

Hoda has always been open about her life's recent changes—her engagement and journey into parenthood, in particular—and recently noted how her fiancé and children have made her 50s the most exciting time of her life. In an interview with Us Weekly, she said: "The best years of my life are right now." The co-anchor continued, "Dreams don't always get fulfilled, okay? They just don't. And that's okay. I've had plenty of them. But I just can't believe they're happening now. I can't believe it."
