Sometimes, you just know you've found the one. At least that's how Sophie Turner felt when she said accepted Joe Jonas' marriage proposal in 2017. In a new interview with Rolling Stone, the Game of Thrones actress opened up about she knew it was the right time to get engaged-despite her young age (she was 21 at the time!).

According to Turner, finding love wasn't something she was expecting-it just happened. "I was fully preparing myself to be single for the rest of my life," she said. "I think once you've found the right person, you just know. I feel like I'm much older a soul than I am in age. I feel like I've lived enough life to know. I've met enough guys to know-I've met enough girls to know. I don't feel 22. I feel like 27, 28."

Jonas and Turner met through a mutual friend and started dating in November 2016. Although the two remained relatively quiet about their realtionship, they surprised everyone when, in September 2017, they posted matching photos on Instagram of Turner's engagement ring. Jonas captioned his post, "She said yes."

In a recent appearance on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Jonas told the host that the two are currently planning their summer affair, which will take place this year. For Turner, she is ready to spend the rest of her life with the person who makes her happy. "A lot of [my happiness now] is to do with being with a person I've fallen in love with," she told Glamour UK, "who loves me more than he loves himself, and who wants to see me find my own happiness. That was probably the biggest thing that pushed me to find who I am and find my happiness in things other than acting."
