Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas are married! Just four months after the pair got engaged, People reports that they have exchanged vows in the bride's home country India. Chopra and Jonas made it official with a Western ceremony at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
As a nod to their first public date at the 2017 Met Gala, the bride, groom, both sets of families, and the wedding party wore Ralph Lauren attire (both Chopra and Jonas chose Ralph Lauren Collection for that milestone event, too). And that wasn't the only meaningful touch the bride and groom chose for their big day. The groom's father, Paul Kevin Jonas Sr., officiated the couple's Christian ceremony.
Although there's no word on the wedding reception just yet, it's clear that the celebration isn't over. People reports that the bride and groom will also have a traditional Hindu ceremony on Sunday. "It is super important to Priyanka to have an Indian ceremony that honors her heritage and culture, just as it's important to also have a Western ceremony that honors Nick's Christian upbringing," People reported ahead of the wedding. "They are doing both."
The newlyweds have kept many of their wedding's details quiet, but if the rest of the celebration is anything like what's already been reported, today's event must have been pretty lavish. In addition to exchanging Chopard wedding bands, the couple gifted their attendees well-stocked welcome bags. According to People, the multi-bag gift featured an emergency kit, classic Indian snacks, and guide books to help clue guests in about Western and Indian wedding traditions.
There's also no word on who was there to celebrate, but we do know who was not: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did not attend the couple's wedding, despite the fact that Chopra was in attendance at their May nuptials.
