Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank tied the knot at Windsor Castle just last month, but they've wasted no time in sending out their thank-you notes. According to one lucky fan's Instagram post, the newlyweds have already mailed cards to their admirers—and they're full of personalized touches.
The notes, which were allegedly mailed in envelopes sporting the couple's joint monogram, appear to be handwritten and signed individually. "Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our wedding so special and for thinking of us as we start our married life. We are completely overwhelmed with happiness," the notes read. They also include the couple's official wedding portrait, which shows the bride and groom with their young wedding party.
It's not unusual for royals to thank fans that that wish them well and show their support during special events. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle did just that earlier this year—the Duke and Duchess of Sussex addressed thank-you notes (complete with a candid photo of the couple!) to those who sent Meghan birthday greetings. These types of cards are not typically handwritten, though, which makes Eugenie and Jack's sentiments unique.
This wasn't the only way that the duo addressed their fan base in the afterglow of their wedding. They first took to social media to express their gratitude: "Jack and I would like to thank everyone who was involved in making our day so special and for all the wonderful wishes as we start married life laughing together," the princess wrote in October.
