Queen Elizabeth II Just Put Her Love for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle on Display

It's safe to say the royal is proud of her grandson.

Queen Elizabeth II has made her support of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle known in a number of official ways. She formally consented to their relationship, for example, by publicly declaring her endorsement of their marriage. But the monarch's latest display of love is far more informal—and absolutely adorable. The happy grandma displays a special photo of the couple in one of Buckingham Palace's rooms.

Photographers snapped photos of the Queen during a meeting today, and in the background, you can spot a number of portraits arranged on different tables. Front and center is a picture of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. Better yet, it's a photo we've never seen before, and Meghan appears to be wearing wedding white!

It's clear from the display that Queen Elizabeth II is just as excited for her grandson and new granddaughter-in-law as the rest of us are. And can you really blame her? She's always been involved in Prince Harry's life and was there to witness his beautiful wedding.

She's also spent a great deal of time bonding with his wife before their big day. That included getting an early look at her Givenchy wedding dress before anybody else. She also invited Meghan to her Christmas party just after the couple got engaged—a first for the royal family, who doesn't typically involve fiancés in family gatherings. It looks like Meghan has earned her spot in the Queen's inner circle!
