Celebrating 30 years of marriage is a big milestone, so it's no wonder that Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson decided to honor the anniversary in style (and good company). Over the weekend, the spouses celebrated the occasion in the best of ways: with a slew of stars you only wish you could party with.
TMZ shared a video from the Saturday event, and the clip shows a number of high-profile celebrities are shown chatting outside. Notable attendees included another power couple, Kurt Russell and Goldie Hawn, who've been together five years longer than Hanks and Wilson/ Beloved talk-show hosts Conan O'Brien and Jimmy Kimmel also appeared for the festivities. TMZ added that those pictured were just a small portion of the famous faces present. Apparently, Barack Obama and Oprah Winfrey were there, too.
According to an E! News eyewitness, the anniversary bash began at 7 p.m. and ended around midnight—sounds like a blast to us! It took place at the couple's home in Pacific Palisades, California.
Hanks and Wilson tied the knot on April 30, 1988. Since then, they've continuously warmed our hearts with their enduring love story. Last year, for their 29th anniversary, Wilson posted a tribute to her husband on Instagram. "29 years of marriage! Thank you, God, for bringing me this man," she wrote then. As for the secret to their long-lasting romance? The pair's listed a few factors over the years, but overall, they "just like each other," People once reported.
