Adele can now be considered the unofficial wedding planner to Hollywood's biggest stars. Just one week after the "Hello" songstress revealed that she organized, hosted, and officiated her best friend Alan Carr's nuptials, newlywed Amy Schumer told Sirius XM Radio that Adele had quite the role in her own February ceremony, The Daily Mail reports.

It all started when Schumer's close friend, Jennifer Lawrence, introduced her to Adele (the Red Sparrow actress and Grammy winner are apparently neighbors!). "I was staying in L.A. in a house near Jennifer, who lives right by Adele and they're really good friends and I'd never met her before, so we hung out a little bit that week," said Schumer. The comedian was discussing her and Fischer's wedding plans when Adele reportedly offered her services. "Adele was like, 'Well, I can marry you,' and we were like, 'Okay, cool!' We were making a whole plan, like Tuesday at noon, because she takes care of her kid."

The next morning, however, Adele reconsidered. "Then the next day, she's like, 'Hey, we're not really friends.'" But that didn't stop Schumer from going through with the plan. "We were like, 'Should we still get married on Tuesday?' and decided, 'Yeah, who cares, let's do it, so there's no drama. No planning.'" Schumer and Fischer then sent out her text message wedding invites to their closest friends and family, which culminated in an ocean-side ceremony just days later.

All of this took place shortly after Fischer proposed, which happened when Schumer was least expecting it—literally. The I Feel Pretty star told Howard Stern that she was in bed, sleeping, and wearing ear plugs and a night mask when the chef and cookbook author woke her up with an engagement ring in hand. Schumer told Stern that Fischer said, "I got you this," before asking if she wanted him to get down on one knee. She also revealed the moment that she knew that she and Fischer were the real deal, which happened while they were walking her dog. "He came up behind me and he put his arms around me and he kissed my neck," she continued. "And it was on and then we were just so open with each other."
