Prince Harry sure has a lot of connections in the music industry! There have already been rumors that singers Ed Sheeran and Elton John will be attending the royal's upcoming wedding. Now, Spice Girls alum Melanie Brown (popularly known as Mel B) has confirmed that she's been invited. But that's only a fifth of the exciting news that she shared.
While appearing on The Real, Brown was asked if she knew anyone on the wedding's guest list. The star gave a coy nod, before sharing that "all five Spice Girls are." As the show's audience started to cheer, she went on, "Why am I so honest?"
After her response, the hosts prompted her to reveal whether or not the group would be performing. "This is where I'm just …" she began, before tossing her papers and saying, "I need to go, I'm going to be fired." Though the celebrity kept her mouth sealed about Harry and Meghan's wedding entertainment, she did describe her invite as "proper."
In other royal wedding news, the bride-to-be continues to impress her new family, as proven by her first official engagement with Prince William and Kate Middleton. There, according to People, the former actress called her bond with her future brother- and sister-in-law "togetherness at its finest." Harry and Meghan's wedding is scheduled for Saturday, May 19. While we may not know who'll sing at the event, we do know that on the big day, the bride will be welcomed into royalty with open arms.
