DIY beauty tools have become pretty technologically advanced in recent years. While we still love to sit in the experts' chairs for a facial, teeth whitening, or a laser treatment, we've also started to rely on cool at-home devices that keep us in check until the next visit. They're gentler versions than what you'd get in an office, but they still work well. Plus, they're generally far less expensive and time-consuming than heading back and forth to the doctor. (And we know that when you're busy wedding planning and working, time is of the essence.)
No matter what you're looking to achieve, there's an at-home device that will help you get there. Want pearly white teeth? We found a teeth whitening system that delivers results in as little as five days. Need a last-minute pedicure before your engagement party, but there's no time to make an appointment? There's a product that will deliver salon-like results from the comfort of your own home. We even found products that replicate the results of laser hair removal and LED treatments for acne.
While these products are certainly more affordable than the expert's version, they're still an investment, which is why it's hard to make the purchase without knowing if a product really delivers. That's why we rounded up the ones that we're sure are worth investing in before your wedding. Here, five at-home products we love.

Hair Removal Laser
You can use this at-home laser on your face or body, and each session can take from a few minutes to half an hour depending upon the area you want to cover. (For permanent results, use it once a week for about three months.) You can choose the level of intensity you want—from one to five based upon how much pain you can handle—but it's actually not painful at all; it just feels like a rubber band popping against your skin. Prep by washing and shaving, and then use the brand's SmoothStart Calming Gel, which will help to lessen redness. Then, when you put the device to your skin, it will beep twice, which means it's time to move to the next area.

Facial Cleansing Brush
For a deep but gentle clean, there's no product better than Foreo. The Swedish brand's cleansing devices are genius for a few reasons: First, they look super cute and chic, and they're made with silicone, so the brush won't accumulate bacteria. (For all of you lazy beauty people, cleaning it only consists of a simple rinse.) Even those with sensitive skin can use it since there are different types of brushes for oily, sensitive, and combination skin—and they're all differentiated by color. It's exfoliating, so whatever treatments you apply afterward will penetrate deeper into the skin.

LED Light Therapy
Derms are obsessed with the way LED treatments, or blue and red light therapy, alleviate acne. (Blue light kills acne-causing bacteria, while red light eases inflammation and redness from current blemishes.) Use the LightStim in three-minute sessions on each area of your face until you've covered it all. (The light turns off after 30 minutes.) Our tester noticed a redness-reducing difference after just one use.

After applying a thin layer of gel to the fronts of your top and bottom teeth, you'll pop in a light-activated mouthpiece that's kind of like the retainers you wore as a teen. After eight minutes, you're done, and you'll find that it makes your teeth super white while also improving your overall mouth health. Use it for five days in a row and you'll notice a dramatic difference in your pearly whites.

Okay so this one might seem kind of gross—we're talking about feet, after all—but once you start using it you'll be hooked. It has an electronic cylindrical buffer that spins to get rid of dry skin really, really well. Use it before bed, then apply a super-rich moisturizing cream after, and you'll wake up with baby-soft feet.
