Faith Hill and Tim McGraw will celebrate 21 years of marriage this Friday, October 6th. The couple is currently on tour together, and Entertainment Tonight caught up with them to discuss the impressive anniversary. When it comes to presents for the big day, the spouses don't have many demands.
"He's good. He doesn't need to get me anything," Hill shared. "He's good at giving gifts and making surprises," she added though. In fact, the only thing the singer wants is to not have to do something. "That's the best gift ever," she joked. "That's amazing. I get to do that four-hour workout with you? No, thank you. That's my gift—I don't have to do that workout with you."
The longtime couple also discussed what it's like to be performing together, and especially ahead of the release of their first joint album. McGraw's favorite part of the experience is adorable. "For me, it's hearing her sing every night—that's the best part about [the tour]," he explained. "Because she's not out there singing much... To see her up on stage, having a great time and just belting it out? I mean, I always say it: when I'm on stage with her, it's like NASCAR trying to keep up with an Indy car. She's just that good. So, to watch her sing and see what she does is pretty inspiring." He also called her his "hot wife."
Of course, the spouses recognize the importance of spending some time apart, too. "I'm going to need a man vacation after this is over," McGraw said. "I need a girl vacation, actually," Hill concurred.
