Modern Family star Jesse Tyler Ferguson just threw Justin Mikita a one-of-a-kind 32nd birthday party. In honor of his husband, Ferguson hosted an intimate dinner party for 25 at his home in Los Angeles, and the celebration looked absolutely delicious.
Guests were the first to sample Chef Helene An's new menu from her restaurant, Crustacean Beverly Hills. The meal included delicious seafood dishes like tuna egg rolls and vegan crab cakes, and each course accompanied by different wine pairings. To finish off the party, Mikita blew out the candles on a Playbill inspired cake, a nod to his love of Broadway shows.
Just like any good celebrity spouse would, Ferguson also celebrated his husband's birthday with an adorable Instagram post. "I'm so grateful that 32 years ago this guy was born. Happy birthday husband!" Could these two be any sweeter?
The couple got engaged in 2012 after Ferguson popped the question while vacationing in Mexico. They tied the knot in July 2013 in New York City in a ceremony officiated by playwright Tony Kushner as 200 guests, including Ferguson's Modern Family costars Julie Bowen and Eric Stonestreet, looked on. Ferguson also founded Tie The Knot, a charity that promotes marriage equality across the world with the sale of bowties.
