Sofia Vergara is baring it all–and looking every bit as flawless as usual while doing it. The Modern Family actress just posed nude for Women's Health's brand new Naked Issue, and shared workout details, why posing naked was especially important to her, and what her husband, Joe Manganiello, thought about the September cover.
"Here's a woman, 45, being able to show her body," Vergara said of the new issue and why it sent an important message to women, according to ET. "It's not like before, when it was just young girls who would make the cover of a magazine."
Vergara was equally candid about her thoughts on aging, especially in Hollywood. "I'm 45. Even if you want to, at this time in your life, you can't be perfect," she said. "It's not that you hate it, or that you're upset about it, but it is our reality. We're changing. I see it happening to me. I want to look my age, but I want to look great. I think if you are obsessed with this 'I want to look younger' thing, you're going to go crazy."
So what did Manganiello have to say about the story? The actor, who Vergara says has built a very nice gym in their home together despite the fact that she considers exercising "torture," and is content to never have six-pack abs, definitely had thoughts. "Joe's like, 'F**k, you're going to be naked in everything now? Why?'" Vergara said, referencing both the Women's Health cover and one of her scenes in spy thriller Bent.
