If this isn't a romantic date night, we don't know what is! Engaged couple Emma Roberts & Evan Peters took inspiration from the big screen—namely Oscar-nominated film La La Land—for a night out out. The two lovebirds hit up Griffith Observatory in Los Angeles to watch the stars together.
"Beautiful night at @griffithobservatory," the 30-year-old actor wrote of the evening. He followed up with an adorable, albeit sprawling, hashtag that read: "If you're gonna park, try to go to the top first and then work your way down 'cause there will be spots up there, and if you don't, you will be making your baby walk uphill for half a mile in heels in the cold and almost step in vomit." Sounds like he's speaking from experience.
Griffith Observatory is a famed LA landmark, and one that Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling sneak away to at night in the hit film La La Land. Looking for date-night inspiration from your romantic movie of choice is never a bad idea—and even if you don't live in Los Angeles, you could still drive to a sweet spot to star gaze together (what could be cuter?).
Roberts and Peters initially got engaged in 2013, with a split in 2015, and a rekindling of their romance in late 2016. We wonder if this date night also served as location scouting for their big day? One can dream!
