Grapefruit Syrup

  • Yield: Makes about 1 cup syrup (enough for 16 cocktails)


  • 1 cup freshly squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice
  • 1 cup sugar


  1. Combine juice and sugar in small saucepan and bring just to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently (about 10 minutes). Cool completely. Store in airtight container in refrigerator up to 1 week.
