Green Beans with Ranch Dipping Sauce

- Coarse Salt
- 1 1/2 pounds green beans, trimmed
- Ranch Dipping Sauce
Prepare an ice-water bath; set aside. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Working in 3 batches, cook beans until bright green and tender, 4 to 6 minutes. Using a slotted spoon, transfer beans to ice-water bath to stop the cooking. Drain, and dry. Arrange beans on a platter, and serve with ranch dipping sauce.
