- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (from about 6 sprigs)
In small saucepan, bring all ingredients to a boil. Reduce heat and stir until sugar has dissolved; remove from heat. Once cool, strain and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
