Let's be honest: Justin Theroux and Jennifer Aniston have been the epitome of #relationshipgoals since they started dating in 2010. And since then, Theroux has often publically gushed about the actress. Case in point: While promoting his new movie, Girl on the Train, the actor shared why his marriage to Aniston works so well.
"We appreciate each other's sense of humor, we respect one another and get along," Theroux said in an interview with ET. "I know it sounds simple but it's true!"
Theroux and Aniston met on the set of Tropic Thunder (Aniston's friend, Ben Stiller, co-wrote the movie with Theroux) in 2007, then reconnected while filming Wanderlust in 2010. The couple went public with their relationship in 2011 and got engaged the next year. They pulled off the ultimate secret wedding in August 2015: The couple invited friends and family to their home under the guise of Justin's birthday party but shocked everyone when it turned out to be their wedding!
And even though they co-starred in Wanderlust together, that's not Theroux's favorite Aniston movie! "I think Cake," Theroux recently told E! News. "Not just because it was her most recent one. I loved her in Good Girl, and her comedies are fabulous. Loved her in Wanderlust…She's always so present and good."
So, will the two ever reunite on the big screen again? "I mean we would love to, of course," he said. "And it has to be the right thing and something the both of us want to do, you know. We'll see." Hopefully the "right thing" will come along soon!
