This icy and elegant cocktail can be served at your wedding reception.

- 1/2 cup lemon verbena leaves, rinsed and patted dry, plus more for garnish
- 8 ounces vodka (such as Level)
Place lemon verbena in a glass jar with the vodka. Cover, and let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Strain, and discard leaves. Serve chilled, garnished with lemon verbena leaves.
