Pink Raspberry Martinis
This martini cocktail substitutes grenadine for vermouth and uses raspberry vodka.
- Yield: Makes 2 four-ounce martinis

- 8 ounces raspberry vodka
- 1 tablespoon grenadine
Freeze martini glasses at least 10 minutes. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with ice; add vodka and grenadine. Cover; shake about 30 seconds. Pour through strainer into glasses. Serve immediately.
