Blending refreshing mint with bubbly seltzer, this tonic is augmented with honey and lime to help soothe the stomach while aiding circulation.

- Juice of 1/2 lime (1 tablespoon)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 4 sprigs mint, plus more for garnish
- 8 ounces seltzer water
Place lime juice, honey, and mint in glass. Mash mint leaves against glass gently with back of spoon. Fill glass with ice; add seltzer. Garnish with mint. Serve.
