Lime Dressing

This citrus salad dressing is a good match with Asian Noodle Salad.

  • 2 limes
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes


  1. Using the smallest holes of a box grater, remove 1 tablespoon zest from limes. Squeeze limes, yielding 1/4 cup juice.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine peanut oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, lime zest, lime juice, and red-pepper flakes; whisk to combine. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated, until ready to use.
