In an interview for our fall cover story, Sofía Vergara told us she put her then-fiancé Joe Manganiello in charge of the first-dance song selection, because "if it were up to me, we'd dance to Pitbull." As it turns out, the Modern Family actress got her wish! Pitbull did
perform at the glamorous Florida celebration. "That was a lot of fun. Big congratulations to Joe and Sofía," Pitbull told

. "She told her and her girls, 'Hey, stage' and they got up there and they were just having a great time. The mother, the father, all the bridesmaids—which were extremely gorgeous—so it was definitely a blessing to play at that wedding."
John Legend
The Grammy Award-winning artist has made singing at parties somewhat of a hobby, starting with his own destination wedding to Chrissy Teigen, where he serenaded his bride with the song he wrote for her, "All of Me," before passing the microphone to Stevie Wonder (who performed "Ribbon in the Sky").
Legend also performed at the weddings of Kanye West and Kim Kardashian and Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade, and for charity, at a "wedding" for his dogs, Pippa and Putty, and the nuptials of a couple who had made a donation to said charity. Now, how do we get him to sing at our events?
Lana Del Rey
For their rehearsal dinner at the Palace of Versailles, Kanye West famously surprised Kim Kardashian with an appearance by Lana Del Rey, who sang three songs for the couple, including "Summertime Sadness." "Kim and Kanye love her and were so happy she could sing for them," a source told E! News
Sia
At Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux's private backyard wedding, singer-songwriter Sia performed "Chandelier" for the couple's first dance.
Justin Timberlake
The superstar did more than jump for joy after he and Jessica Biel tied the knot: He also dedicated a performance at the reception to his new wife. Swoon!
Florence Welch
The lead singer of Florence + The Machine reportedly sang three songs at her friend Blake Lively's wedding to Ryan Reynolds.
Joshua Radin
At Donald Faison (middle) and CaCee Cobb's wedding, Joshua Radin (right) served as groomsman and wedding singer, performing his song "They Bring Me to You" for the couple's first spin on the dance floor.
Ellie Goulding
The singer-songwriter was "massively shocked" when she was asked to perform at Prince William and Kate Middleton's royal wedding reception at Buckingham Palace—an experience she refers to as "one of the best nights of my entire life." For their first dance, the bride and groom had selected Goulding's cover of Elton John's "Your Song." Even celebs get nervous, though. Goulding has since said that the performance had her "shitting her pants."
Bryan Greenberg
The celebrity wedding singer at Bryan Greenberg's wedding to Once Upon a Time actress Jamie Chung? Greenberg himself! The One Tree Hill star surprised revelers—and his bride—by serenading her with "All the Roads."
Taylor Swift
The "Shake It Off" singer surprised two fans at their wedding and not only took a couple of snaps with the bride and groom, but also serenaded them with a piano version of "Blank Space," too! We bet Swifties everywhere wish they had been invited to this wedding.
Bruno Mars
When you're the CEO of Spotify, you have access to some pretty big names in the music industry. That's why we weren't surprised to learn that Daniel Ek hired none other than superstar Bruno Mars to perform at his Lake Como wedding to Sofia Levander. We wonder if he sang "Marry You."
Ed Sheeran and Stevie Wonder
Professional golfer Rory McIlroy married Erica Stole in an incredible wedding at Ireland's Ashford Castle. As if the backdrop wasn't epic enough, the newlyweds made their celebration even more memorable by treating their guests to two celebrity singers. None other than Stevie Wonder sang during the ceremony (talk about a grand entrance!), and then Ed Sheeran took over at the reception.
