Figs with Chevre and Lavender Honey
For a one-bite taste of fall, try this sweet combo of figs, goat cheese, and honey, developed by Peter Callahan, creative director of Peter Callahan Catering in New York City.

- 4 fresh figs
- 4 teaspoons chevre
- 1/4 teaspoon lavender honey
- 1 sprig chervil
Cut figs in half.
Top each half with a half teaspoon of chevre.
Drizzle with lavender honey.
Garnish each fig half with a chervil leaf.
