  • Make the sage simple syrup: Combine water and sugar in a pot and heat over medium heat until sugar dissolves. Add sage and let steep for 30 minutes. Strain and cool before using.

  • Mix all ingredients for lemonade except sage sprigs with 2 1/2 cups sage simple syrup. Pour lemonade into chilled glasses (with ice if desired) and garnish each glass with a sage sprig.
