Whipped Cream Frosting

  • Yield: Makes about 4 cups


  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
  • Strained blackberry jam, as needed


  1. Stir confectioners' sugar into cream. Whip to soft peaks.

  2. Remove 1 1/2 cups whipped cream and tint with strained blackberry jam.
