  • Brush vegetable oil on a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.

  • Pour sugar into a medium sauce pan over medium heat.

  • Stir with a wooden spoon until sugar caramelized and the temperature reaches 320 degrees.

  • Pour the sugar into the baking sheet and let cool until it hardens.

  • Using a fork, break the sugar into small pieces and grind them in a food processor. Pour mixture into shaker.
