Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 2 ounces Lillet Rose
  • 1 ounce gin
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • 1/2 ounce egg white (from 1 egg)

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Lillet, gin, lemon juice, bitters, and egg white.
  2. Shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Serve immediately.
