St. Germain Sparkler

- 2 oz St. Germain
- 2 oz Prosecco
- 2 oz club soda
- 3-4 Mint Leaves
- Grapefruit peel flower garnish
Put 2-3 mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass and gently muddle.
Fill glass with ice and then add St Germaine, prosecco and club soda.
Using a long handled cocktail spoon stir several times to blend.
Top with a whole mint leaf and gently squeeze the citrus peel garnish over glass releasing some of the natural oils, then drop garnish into glass.
