Tipsy Parson's Porch Swing Swizzle
This is a dangerously delicious bourbon whisky, mint, and ginger beer concoction.

- 2 ounces bourbon, such as Woodford Reserve
- 1/4 ounce ginger juice
- 1/2 ounce Mint Simple Syrup
- 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum syrup
- Ginger beer
- Mint sprig, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add bourbon, ginger juice, mint syrup, and Velvet Falernum; shake well. Stir vigorously with a cocktail spoon and strain mixture into a tall cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig.
