Tipsy Parson's Porch Swing Swizzle

This is a dangerously delicious bourbon whisky, mint, and ginger beer concoction.

  • 2 ounces bourbon, such as Woodford Reserve
  • 1/4 ounce ginger juice
  • 1/2 ounce Mint Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 ounce Velvet Falernum syrup
  • Ginger beer
  • Mint sprig, for garnish


  1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add bourbon, ginger juice, mint syrup, and Velvet Falernum; shake well. Stir vigorously with a cocktail spoon and strain mixture into a tall cocktail glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with a mint sprig.
