Coconut Syrup

This recipe is used in our Blueberry and Coconut Cake.

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut


  1. Bring 1 cup water, sugar, a pinch of salt, and cream of coconut to a boil in small saucepan, stirring occasionally. Boil 1 minute; let cool.
