Apple and Rosemary Fizz
Add signature drinks that play up the palette of a green wedding. This Apple and Rosemary Fizz puts a nonalcoholic spin on the real thing.

- 2 ounce fresh Granny Smith apple juice
- 3/4 ounce rosemary simple syrup
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- Soda water, for topping
- Rosemary sprig, for garnish
Pour first three ingredients over ice in a tall highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
