Apple and Rosemary Fizz

Add signature drinks that play up the palette of a green wedding. This Apple and Rosemary Fizz puts a nonalcoholic spin on the real thing.

  • 2 ounce fresh Granny Smith apple juice
  • 3/4 ounce rosemary simple syrup
  • 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • Soda water, for topping
  • Rosemary sprig, for garnish


  1. Pour first three ingredients over ice in a tall highball glass and top with soda water. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
