Sweet Treat Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Who says a little bit of sweetness in the morning is a bad thing? This blend of fruits and vegetables will get your morning off to a great start.

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup mango, peeled
  • 1 cucumber, unpeeled
  • 1 cup coconut water


  1. Place the fruits and vegetables in a Vitamix or other strong blender and add 1/4 cup of the water or coconut water; blend until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the water or more to achieve desired consistency. For a smoother drink, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
