Nutty Blend Fruit and Vegetable Juice

Get your protein and omega-3s in and help get your body right before the wedding with this healthful juice.

  • 1/4 cup walnuts, soaked 6 to 8 hours
  • 1/4 cup raw cashews, soaked 6 to 8 hours
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 Gala apple
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon


  1. Place the fruits and vegetables in a Vitamix or other strong blender and add 1/4 cup of the water or coconut water; blend until smooth.
  2. Add the rest of the water or more to achieve desired consistency. For a smoother drink, strain through a fine-mesh sieve.
