Candied Hazelnut Garnish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup hazelnuts
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions

  1. Thread hazelnuts onto skewers.
  2. Make wet caramel.
  3. Dip each hazelnut in caramel and hang off the edge of a table, allowing caramel thread to form.
