Peanut Butter Filling

Use this filling in our Peanut-Butter-and-White-Chocolate Mini Cakes.

  • 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk


  1. In the bowl of a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and fluffy.
