Peanut Butter Filling
Use this filling in our Peanut-Butter-and-White-Chocolate Mini Cakes.
- Yield: Makes 1 1/3 cups

- 6 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons whole milk
In the bowl of a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat together peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth and fluffy.
