Strawberry Shochu

  • Strawberry Granita
  • 12 ounces shochu
  • 1/4 cup elderflower liqueur
  • 12 large strawberries, quartered
  • 3 teaspoons lime juice
  • Wild strawberries, for garnish


  1. Scrape 1/2 cup granita into a mound and fill each of six coupe glasses. Freeze for 15 minutes. Combine shochu, liqueur, strawberries, and lime juice; muddle and strain. Divide liquid evenly among glasses and pour over the granita. Garnish with wild strawberries.
