Strawberry Granita

Add this icy granita to our Strawberry Shochu cocktail.

  • Yield: Makes 3 cups

  • 2 cups strawberries, quartered
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar


  1. Place strawberries and lime juice in a blender. In a small saucepan, combine water and sugar; bring to a boil. Slowly add the syrup to the blender; puree. Pour mixture into an 8-inch-square baking dish. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
