  • For each drink, combine 1/2 ounce brandied cherry liquid and 1/4 ounce brandy in a Champagne flute. To serve, top with Champagne (about 5 ounces), and garnish with 3 cherries skewered onto a decorative toothpick.

You can strain the liquid from the brandied cherries into a pitcher up to a day ahead.
