Star Fruit Cocktail


Gear up for an effervescent evening with a cocktail of pureed star fruit, sparkling wine, and elderflower liqueur. Perch slices of the tropical treat on the rim.

  • 3 medium star fruit
  • 12 ounces elderflower liqueur
  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine


  1. Puree star fruit; strain through cheesecloth, discarding solids. Stir in liqueur; chill, about 1 hour. Divide juice among 6 Champagne flutes; top with sparkling wine.
