Crackers and Peanut Butter

Spread two to three whole-grain crackers with one tablespoon all-natural peanut butter.
Cherries and Pecans
Mix together 1/3 cup each dried cherries and pecans for a healthy (and filling) snack mix.
Pear and Cheese
Combine one medium pear (sliced) with one ounce cheddar or gouda cheese for a sweet-and-savory snack.
Apples and Peanut Butter
Slice up one medium apple and dip slices into one tablespoon all-natural peanut butter.
Cottage Cheese and Pineapple
Mix together four ounces low-fat cottage cheese and 1/2 cup fresh pineapple chunks.
Chips and Guacamole
Snack on one serving whole-grain tortilla chips (about 15) plus two tablespoons guacamole and 1/4 cup salsa.
