Tools and Supplies

  • 8 1/2-by-11-inch paper in cream or white (2 games per sheet)
  • Computer and printer
  • Paper trimmer, or craft knife and metal ruler
  • Golf pencils

Basic How-To

1. Download our PDF file, and open it using Adobe Acrobat Reader (if you are using a Mac, use Reader instead of Apple's Preview application). Most browsers already include this program, but if you have trouble downloading the file or would like to upgrade Acrobat Reader, you can obtain the latest version of the software for free from Adobe's website.

2. Replace the placeholder text with your own (you only need to do this in one box; the form will automatically fill in the rest), and print the file.

3. Use the paper trimmer (or the craft knife and metal ruler) to cut the sheets of paper in half lengthwise.

4. Curl each paper around a golf pencil, and tie with cord.

Does anyone know where you can find personalized golf pencils at a low minimum order? Every site I've checked has a minimum order of almost 1000 pencils!

Hey, I did this for my wedding and I ordered them from KreativeCupcake on Etsy!!! She was great to work with and very helpful. You can print them yourself or have her print them for you!!

If you want the whole thing to be black set your printer to black and white only.

LOVE IT! Just wish the black version's signature line would be black instead of blue. Oh, and adding cutting guidelines would make for a more consistant cut! I've been searching for an alternative to the traditional guestbook and this is it!! I plan on stacking these on a table next to our sign notifying guests where we've donated in their honour and our money/gift box, with a cup of golf pencils. I'll mount these later in a scrapbook, or ring binder. Thank you MSW~~

I just had a chance to look at the template I downloaded earlier today. Like christine2011, mine does not have the placeholder text. It cannot be edited at all.
