Lord Baltimore Filling
Use this recipe to make our Lord Baltimore Wedding Cake.

- 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
- 2 cups Old-Time Favorites: Seven-Minute Frosting
- 1/2 cup drained candied cherries, rinsed well and quartered
Stir together coconut, walnuts, and orange zest in a small bowl. Put frosting in a medium bowl, and gently fold in coconut mixture until combined. Gently fold in cherries. Use immediately.
