Coffee Syrup for Mocha Cupcakes


Brush our Mocha Cupcakes with this syrup.

  • Yield: Makes 1 cup

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup coffee extract (such as Trablit)


  1. Heat water and sugar in a small pan over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and liquid begins to simmer. Stir in extract. Refrigerate until ready to use.
