Summertime Cocktail Recipe: The Maiden Voyage

Say cheers with one of Mayur Subbarao's inventive signature cocktails.

  • Bunch of mint leaves
  • 15 ounces cucumber juice
  • 15 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 15 ounces elderflower liqueur or syrup
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 30 ounces blanco tequila


  1. Muddle mint in a 2-quart pitcher, then add everything but tequila, and chill. To serve, combine 2 1/4 oz of mixture with 1 1/2 oz tequila in a cocktail glass. Garnish with cucumber wheel or mint leaf.
