- 2 parts gin (we used Hendrick's)
- 1/2 part St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/2 part fresh lime juice
- 4 parts soda water to top off
- Lime slice or wedge for garnish
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Combine gin, liqueur, and lime juice in a cocktail shaker with ice, and shake. Pour over ice in glass. Add soda water, and stir. Garnish with lime and mint.
To make the labels, download the PDF file with Eunice's design. Replace the text with the name and description of your own drink. Print onto sturdy white paper, and use a craft knife to cut out the label along the light gray lines.
Use the craft knife and metal ruler to cut slits in the corners where marked. Wrap a grosgrain ribbon around the beverage dispenser or punch bowl, and slip the ends through the slits from the front; attach to the back of the label with double-sided tape.
