Rose Champagne Cocktail


Celebrate cherry blossom season with this pretty Champagne cocktail.

  • 1 Blossom Sugar Cubes
  • 2 drops Angostura bitters
  • 2 tablespoons cherry brandy
  • 2 ounces rose Champagne


  1. Place both drops of Angostura bitters on sugar cube and place in Champagne flute. Add cherry brandy, and top with Champagne.
