Simple Honey Syrup

Use this syrup in our Panache, Jasmine Iced Tea, and Honey Margarita Shot.

  • Yield: Makes 1 1/2 cups; may be doubled, tripled, or halved

  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 cup water


  1. Heat 1 cup honey and 1 cup water in a pan, stirring until simmering. Remove from heat, let cool, and refrigerate.
