During a recent trip to Disney World, one couple left with far more than just fun amusement park memories. With a little help from John Stamos, a park-goer asked his girlfriend to marry him during the nightly fireworks display.

Stamos was getting ready to watch the fireworks show at the Magic Kingdom park with his wife, Caitlin McHugh, when a man approached him under the guise of asking for a photo with the star, notes People. However, the man—who was visibly nervous—let Stamos in on a secret: He was actually about to propose to his girlfriend. "I'm about ready to propose to my girlfriend, will you help me?"

After the actor agreed, everyone lined up for the purported group picture when the man dropped to one knee. Instead of launching into a monologue directed at his girlfriend, he looked to Stamos for advice, saying, "You're John Stamos! What should I do?" Right then the park lights dimmed and the fireworks began. Stamos quickly asked everyone around to shine a light on the couple as they enjoyed their special moment.

Even more amazing? McHugh filmed the surprise proposal. In the clip, Stamos hugs the newly-engaged couple as the man tells him, "That just made it so more special." "To assist with an engagement anywhere is an honor, but at @waltdisneyworld right as the fireworks began? That's magical! Congrats kids!" the Fuller House star captioned the clip.

People also notes that the groom-to-be took to Twitter to express his appreciation to Stamos, writing, "Thank you all. It was so much more magical to have him help out. Thank you so much, I will forever be grateful @JohnStamos."
